I just got mine for Christmas and was looking for a routine. or other exercises this is great thanks Joe. was getting pretty bored twisting it and trying to tear it like Adam glass
Thank you for this vid, I was not aware of these training items! This just the type of thing I like; if I was smart I would have thought of this myself.
thanx Joe for your vids! Hey, any tips for tennis elbow from grip work? Any specific exercises? It seems that my elbow doesn't like too much heavy gripping :(
*In reply to fojerbachas* I can't reply to your question for Mighty Joe, but my own experience for treating such issues as tennis elbow (tendonitis) is soaking the lower arm(s) in first hot, then cold (ice water) baths - has worked very well for myself - done at the kitchen sink. It will likely take 2 to 3 weeks or so of these treatments to achieve anything close to full recovery - but you should start getting noticeable improvement right away.
And again - very interesting!! Thank you!!

Hi Joe I'd like to buy one of these but the Dennis' website is under construction. Do you know how I could buy one?
@@GripFreak Hi Joe, I checked ebay and there was no ugly rubber for sale. Should I contact the Dennis directly?
@@GripFreak Yeah it helps thanks Joe! I'll check grip board, I'd rather not bother the Dennis.
thanx Joe for your vids!

thank you, Bill, will try this.
Try lowering your frequency, and doing more stretching of your wrists, forearms, and fingers.
