LOVE2D shmup test

Wanted to try out LUA, namely a LUA game framework called LOVE2D. This is my first time working with a game framework, and given how wacky LUA is compared to what I'm used to... I'm pretty happy with progress, I s'pose. Will wrap up the game loop in the coming days
