I know for about of people target is their go-to, but honestly check out the dollar tree first. Especially for paper/party goods and favors, little toys etc. It’s $1.25 a pack versus $3-$5 a pack. All kinds of paper decorations also. And they’re putting out items in the $5 aisle that are higher quality for fall and Thanksgiving now too. My target is kinda lame, but my dollar stores are rocking Halloween and fall items.
