BBC and Channel 4 however are centre-left with channel 4 and BBC having high factual reporting with both having high credibility. in terms of big news sources in the UK I don't see much better than those. The only problem with the two channels is that they do use loaded words to push their cause but they do not lie and I don't think their cause is necessarily bad.
ITV on the other hand, although not as bad as Fox News is right-centre and only rated as Mostly Factual. They are also for-profit but are not as bad as Fox News.
If you are going to say that something like LBC, GB News, The Sun or Daily Mail are good alternatives, respectfully, they are some of the worst sources possible for your news, stop reading them.
If you want to see where I get this information there is a great website called mediabiasfactchecker which will show you the bias and credibility of any news source you wish to look at and also show you any fact checks that they have failed. Not only this but it also gives a good description of why a source is or isn't trustworthy and if the country has good freedom of press.

I would pose just one question, regardless of political leanings or beliefs: What good are so called "democratic" elections if all they yield are leaders who are more interested in maintaining the status quo, while amassing wealth and influence??
Everyone makes much of democracy and its benefits but the reality is that there is very little true democracy around the world and those in power tend to forget their constituents' needs while pursuing their own or others' agendas.
Healthy democracies also hold leaders and politicians accountable outside of election cycles. The Tory party had the decency to force Boris Johnson out, for example.
