Why you would want to set the pitch bend range to zero? Because pitch bend should still be submitted via MIDI, and maybe you don't want the Matriarch's sound to react to it, but the external devices.
Thanks for the comment. Yeah, while editing this video I started to brainstorm different reasons why you might want the pitch bend wheel to be set to zero and you nailed it!
@@GabeChurray I set the pitch wheel on my GM to a 5th, and my other synths to a full octave, so when you bend you get instant two note prog' sound. ( I posted a video about it )
