I see you stitched over the t-shirt graphics. Doesn't puncturing the vinyl or whatever the graphic is made of create the possibility of it coming apart or peeling with washings afterwards?
I’ve never had an issue with peeling afterward with vinyl. If the item seems delicate I avoid quilting the area, and I avoid obstacles glitter/embellishments. For those areas I typically quilting a halo around the perimeter.
I need help on a quilt I'm making for my daughter. She cut out all the t-shirt quilts different shapes and I cannot figure out how to put them together. I cannot figure out how to join them. Any suggestions at all
I have another video making a collage style quilt. Here's a link. It might be similar to what you need to do this time. :) ruclips.net/video/sLGcMWTb2pw/видео.html
To avoid extra bulk at the corners, I press seams away from the shirt. This helps them to lay flat since your quilt cotton will hold that seam better than a tshirt.
Is the sashing between the rows all one piece

Do you press seams open? Or towards the T-shirt? I thought I hears “open”
