- Sharing my journey and progress in Physical Therapy with you all! I don't know where I would be without the amazing doctors, trainers and other professionals that have helped me throughout my recovery.
Although I still have much work to do, I am looking forward to bettering my walking this year! Everyone please take the time to thank our healthcare workers on the frontlines during the pandemic keeping ALL of us safe!

Hi miss Abby I’m 24 years old I was in a car accident 5 years ago with my friend and I used to watch your show with my mom all the time I loved to dance when I have my bad days wether during physical therapy or occupational therapy watching your short Instagram videos and episodes on Facebook of your show always cheer me up watching you go through your journey of relearning how to walk again has kept me hope that I’ll walk again as well thank you for all that you do GO STEELERS 🖤

No I had hear surgery and spin surgery and I surgery and I am having tharpy

My mum was a dance teacher and now suffering from Dementia, a lot of her students have come to me telling me how much my mum did and means to them, I have always watched dance mums, from the start and i think what you have done for your students, and what you are achieving after all you have gone through is amazing.. You are a brave Lady. I hope to see you getting stronger and stronger xx

Ahh, Abby, I just love you! You inspire me to be a better me. When I’m feeling trapped inside my own head and thinking life isn’t so great right now, I see you post something like this on here or Instagram and it puts a lot into perspective. You have suffered so much and have had to adjust to a completely different lifestyle and you just kept on fighting and each day you’re getting better and better. You’re still there posting videos and keeping upbeat. You’re still out there helping people with dance corrections. YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Wow! This is awesome! I sustained a spinal cord injury from a spinal cord stroke this year. You’re recovery is amazing! Therapy is hard work, but you’re right when you say therapists are amazing!

Abby you are such an inspiration and I couldn’t imagine coping through everything you have. I’m 29 about to me 30 (trying to stay 29 forever) I walk with a cane currently due to a bad head on collision accident that shattered my leg. I’m hoping I only have two more surgeries ahead of me but watching your progress gives me inspiration!
