Mike is fine, but Jimmy and Mike are very different. No one can replace Jimmy. Jimmy is a unique genius. Jimmy is very smart. The audience is a little emotional. Hannah isn't skilled, and frankly she's the weakest part of Hacks, which is a show with an extremely strong cast helmed by Jean Smart, especially this season with an array of amazing (older) women guest starring. Contrasted with the regular amazing cast, and now add in scene-stealing guest stars Laurie Metcalf, Ming-Na Wen, Martha Kelly, the underrated Lauren Weedman, and Polly Draper, Hannah looks even worse than she did last season because she's just playing herself among people (mostly women) who do an amazing job, unlike her.
Wow! You are a tad nasty. Personally I think her performance is part of what makes this show exceptional.
