Despite her being a two time Emmy winner for one show, I still found it hard to believe that Hacks flew under a lot of people's radar and rarely gets a lot of talk. It's one of the best running comedy shows today, Smart deserves her Emmy win

She’s phenomenal. When she’s onscreen, you can’t take your eyes off her. When she’s offscreen, you can’t wait to see her again. She was also incredible in Mare of Eastwood, another character you love and hate at the same time. She’s great at walking that line.

I agree with Jimmy that Season 2 of Fargo was the best season.but I continue to watch Fargo as even its weak seasons are so much better than other series.

I have probably been seeing Jean Smart doing wonderful work for a long time without realizing who she was. I just watched a very terrible series, "Scarlett," a lugubrious soap opera that is supposed to be a sequel to "Gone With The Wind." Jean Smart's performance as Sally Brewton was the best thing in it, hands down.
I'm a little embarrassed that I never took notice of her until Legion and later learned she's from my home town Seattle.
