It occurred to me that they have something in common that's rather uncommon in Hollywood: they have both been married to only one person for decades and unfortunately lost their spouses to illness late in life.
Absolutely! The more time goes by the more I realise just how few of us there are. Sad, really...especially when people complain about being lonely yet they won't go through the decades of bad days to get to those final good days. It's all worth it!
