It's both a cluster-fuck and a Flying Fortress! So... It's a flying fuck!
Well done
I've been building this kit over the weekend, and I've begun priming it. I just saw this video. Interesting review. My wife had bugged me to build a very large Gundam kit, and I was surprised to see a non-PG 1/60 scale kit at the hobby store. She bought it for me for my birthday a couple of years ago. I'm just gonna go ahead and finish this kit with a basic paint job and not bothering to try to make self-made waterslide decals out of those stickers.
I would buy that for the manual. Hilarious japanese 90s engrish manuals are the best. Especially that VOTOMS fighter part
Seems like this kit might had been made during time when QC was watching cherry blossoms and drinking sake instead of doing they job.
Yeah, and the designers probably had some of that Sake too.
I turn everyone one of my transformable MS into a gerwalk mode for no reason.
PLEASE DO A REVIEW OF THE MG EX-S AND THE 1/60 WING ZERO!!!!!!!
27:23 reminds me of Gerwalk mode from Macross series
27:17 would be the only reason I would buy it.
VOTOM Fighter.....
Well, I expect a crossover. Like VOTOMs vs MSG.
It would be cool to see a tiny Scopedog piloted by Chirico tear its way through a group of Zakus thanks only to the pilot's skill.
A scopedog may be able to fight the mobile suits of f91 and victory because if their light armor. You just need a bazooka to take one down
What if the yellow polycaps are supposed to represent piston-ish pipes?
27:18 Oh now you're thinking Macross.
27:09
*V-Fortress!*
I think I like the gerwalk mode XD
I’ve had some of those tiny artifact kits with that same QC issue
Is the gundam victory 1/144 scale has that style?
I'll look forward to your review of the 1/100 MG V2 gundam
I noticed the body of gundam Victori a bit high then hg version.
do you think modifications could be made to improve this kit?
Moving the shoulder pegs up
Japan had a really bad recession in the 90s. Some kits from that era definitely reflect that.
That is the biggest and worst mold defect I have ever seen from Bandai! 🤨
I like the transformation part, but the overall quality is just like a trush. Looking forward to get a RG version.
...have you contacted the seller about the plastic, if the quality control is off its reason to report back and get a refund?
But might be too late now that it's built XD
that's Bandai's fault, but I don't think they'd refund him.
Arrowdodger
I read a story about an mg deathsythe from hlj, manufacturing defect, from what it said they got bandai to send a replacement free of charge.
I got my stories mixed up, but if that fails=gentei kits has their parts replacement service!
***** HLJ(and yes, I got this kit from them) does offer that service if you get a kit with missing/broken parts from them. The problem is that on the site they say that it's "received within the last *10* days" and I got this kit several months ago XD
And it's good to know that they offer a parts replacement service, HLJ shut theirs down. However, I doubt that I'll use it for this kit. I really don't feel like spending any more money on this kit =3
*****
Ouch, fair enough XD, least the option is there (but 180yen a part and 360yen for sal shipping you gotta make it count, even then there is a slim chance they may not be able to get it in if its suddenly discontinued)
Armored Trooper BOTTOMS
It looks like a G1 transformer toy.
you said you don't want to buy it in front of the gundam, I feel somehow sorry for the gundam V .-.
Oh yah I've this but in different cool ur scheme...
Will you ever get and review 1/60 F91?
I guess the one thing sabers do is beam on?
Could you review that 1/60 Wing zero!?!?!
this is only 24 dollars? unless Google is wrong
well US
+KIDKHAOS916 Google is *never* wrong.
Not even in this case.
Is that a pg???
Dukhe Causapin No, is just a very old 1/60 scale
oh ok
WhY mY sHoULdeRs HurT?
I had this kit and its a mess. Bad quality plastic is really what led me to give away this model. The worst Bandai has produced in y experience.
Same experience here, terrible plastic quality. Mine actually started to break while building it and was in pieces within just a few days. Worst gunpla I've ever built.
Same!
14.5 meters compared the usual 17.5 meters or more if you include all of the unicorn series models(wich are fucking huge btw) .....kinda makes sense. I don't see much of a problem with this model unless you totally fucking suck at detailing your gundams
ill be honest it looks very cheap not the quality im used to see from bandai
poshstew though its pretty old making it understandable
"Get the kit here(You know you don't want too)"
Me before the review "Is this some Victory slander?"
Me after review "Wow that Gerwalk mode kinda worked. Also quality instruction manual."
I'm still not buying this though. Holy hell what a mess of a kit.
More like DURRRRWalk more. Real shame how awful this kit really is.
My advice is to stay away from no-grade gundam kits if possible.
I would rather buy either a HG kit or a RG kit.
Sometimes there are no other options for a kit, like the Galbaldy Beta, or in a certain scale.
>rg
>victory 2
N O P E
(i have nightmares about the MG victory 2)
fail design head to big n arm to small but what to do is a old model kit..but ok ok
