I am suffering with C5 - C6 C6 - C7 disc protrusion/ disc bulge with lot of pain in hands and shoulder back since 6 months
After having physiotherapy for 2 months (daily two sessions traction and needling ) little relief was gained but pain in shoulder back was there
I m unwilling to go for surgery
