Agreed. I own both and the original Gisada is more mass appealing but still unique enough. Wore it to a wedding last month and 3 people complimented me with another person asking what I was wearing and buying a full bottle on the spot
intense is universally thought of as a more well rounded fragrance than the orginal. youtube reviewers, fragrantica and parfumo all have it higher rated
@@MyKeeP81 yet the original will pull more compliments since its more mass pleasing. Plus the Intense is more suited for winter where the OG works year round. (i own both and theyre both great for their purpose)
These type of videos will always grab my attention. Love seeing what real world women prefer. But yes I agree. Pick fragrances that are equally suited for the season or temperature. Pairing these two on a hot or warmer day was a little off in my opinion. Keep up the good work
I have Gisada Ambassador Intense and YSL Y Eau de Parfum Intense. I have worn both to events day and evening, business/formal and semi casual. On my skin both get compliments but YSL pulls more in warmer day events. GAI is the bomb in the colder evening formal events. If I would use superheros to characterize GAI and YSL Intense. GAI is like the Dark Knight. YSL Intense is like Capt. America. I wore GAI with a black leather jacket, fine gauge silk silver funnel turtleneck, black trousers to dinner and live jazz set. Temperature started at low 50sF (10C) and dropped to 40sF (4-5C). Two wingmen went with me and wherever we went women were either asking me or my buds what cologne I was wearing. Two women actually had a debate; one said Dior Savage Elixir the other said no I smelled much more interesting than that.
Then survey at night…makes no sense comparing the two this time of year or day. People senses change with the weather. Nice video but not thought out very well.
Need to be more specific about which versions of fragrances. Le Parfum based on the picture. You neglect doing this (and sometimes even post the wrong photo) in quite a few of your videos. Just some friendly advice. Details matter. 😃

Both are top tier, but you'll smell unique with the Gisada and not with the YSL.
The Gisada Ambassador original is better for summer and pulls in way more compliments (from my experience).

just a suggestion: there are so many flankers of Ysl Y. Not everyone knows which YSL Y you reference to. I know because I have 4 of YSL Y
