Thanks. At last you made it so simple to understand the setup. i recently purchased a second self powered speaker to get me by for a couple of hours. Now i can power up my 15" passive speaker for singing. Sounds a lot better than the 15" self powered speaker. Love your performance.
I use a combo of battery powered speakers (Roland/Bose/Behringer) as well as a small inverter and battery rig. I can't wait to get back out there. Really enjoy your craft my friend and have recently bought a Boss 505 due to your Nastya Moslova's videos, I know you have outgrown and upgraded but I think it will be a great addition to my Voicelive 3-X. Good luck to you and your wife, it would be nice to see her accompany you some time in the future. Loved the track you did together. Take care brother and keep making those inspiring sound collages.

Reinhardt buhr, what do you use to recharge you battery and the lithium battery 12v 40Ah? The "tickle" chargers will take days and hours to charge a 12v battery. Do i use a 150Watt or 300 watt inverter converter from AC to DC?
Use exactly what i mentioned in the video and you will be fine, also any normal car battery charger will work, it takes a few hours while you are sleeping,

I would assume so yes, there is so many things that can cause the buss, I have had a certain midi port causing major buzz noise while operating on battery!
220 or 230V is not the problem. Keep the wires to battery thick and short, and keep the inverter away from sensitive equipment, like single coil guitar pickups, microphones, etc. Could be a ground loop. Google it. Also may need some kind of earth grounding, to eliminate noise. Also, not all Pure Sine wave inverters are good for audio. You might have to try a few to find one that works for you. Check reviews on Amazon.

You will have to do a little math. Add up all the wattage requirements, from your gear, to find out how big your inverter should be. Then multiply by how many hours you want to run, to find battery size. Use Google to look for more information, and examples. Playing outdoors is the best. Have fun!

bill williams I just used a normal 12V lead acid car battery in this video, which works perfectly but it’s really heavy and you need to be careful not to let it tip over etc. Even better would be a gel or AGM car battery. It’s the cheapest option but not the best. If you can afford it, buy yourself a lithium battery. 12V 40Ah would be more than enough. It’s quite a bit more expensive, but it’s at least half the weight or less, and has a longer lifetime. :)
exactly what I thought. Everybody's using car batteries and motorcycle batteries that are lead acid not even Deep Cell. I'm like there's these new things they're really neat called lithium ion.

REINHARDTBUHR, how many AMPS is your charger? some are 4 amps and others are 10amps. The 4 amps would takes hours to charge the battery i think
its a 10 amp charger :)

100ah is massive! that will last my setup at least 8 hours. I use a 50Ah battery and it lasts about 4 hours.

Normal car battery charger, and it keeps the charge for days maybe even months

Pure sine wave is a waste of money, zIT run amps all of the time on a cheap plain old inverter
Amps doesn't take much power, try a 1500 watt modified sine wave inverter on a 1000 watt speaker and report back to me :)
