      When you do the overnight sweet almond and coconut oil do you cover your hair with a plastic cap/satin cap? I apologize if this is a stupid question 🥴

    The pre poo that I do once a week really has helped to moisturized my hair. I Plus using rosemary. I use olive oil, sweet almond oil and other oils. I moisturized my hair every two days. And use the different LCO methods that you recommend just now. It does make a huge difference. Will definitely be purchasing your herbal tea rinse. I manifested and started a RUclips channel on thinning hair. I dealt with thinning hair. My channel is called, Thinning hair: A Secret Taboo. It’s a series. I already have part 1, 2, 3 completed. And I just finished part 4. It’s on my journey on my hair growth experience and other tips. Thank you, curly chemistry for sharing!! Your channel has really helped me. Sending you, curly chemistry and everyone here love, light and good deeds.❤️❤️🙏🙏☮️☮️

    any suggestions for menopaus hair thinning?

    • @jdbailey442
      @jdbailey442 Месяц назад +6

      I am Perimenopausal. Make sure your Vitamin D and Ferritin levels are in OPTIMAL NOT NORMAL RANGE on your bloodwork when you get your annual physical. For OPTIMAL hair growth Ferritin should be at least 70 and Vitamin D should be at least 50. Both of these if deficient or on the lower end of normal can cause hair loss. It may not be your hormones at all. My excessive shedding has continued to slow down since I have worked on these. Floradix or Gaia Plant Force liquid in orange juice and a Vitamin D supplement with K2 in it will help. Your multivitamin may not be enough. I would also increase your intake of beef, lamb,shellfish, salmon and goat if you eat them because they are rich in heme iron and more bioavailable. I hope this helps you because it has helped me greatly. There are over 100 symptoms of Menopause and sometimes things we think are menopause symptoms are actually vitamin/ mineral deficiences or other health issues like thyroid ones. I would suggest watching doctors on RUclips that specialize in hotmones and menopause so you can refine your vitamin and mineral regimen. Dr. Shawn Tassone, Dr. Marie Claire Haver, Dr. Heather Hirsch, and Dr. Lisa Mosconi are enough to get you started and push the algorithm so you get more vids regarding menopause.

      Consult with a dermatologist. To see where your vitamin D, iron and other levels are. I dealt with thinning hair as well. My hair is now thriving and growing. And I have a channel now called, Thinning hair: a secret taboo. It’s a series. Part 1, 2, 3 and 4 are already up. I talk about how I manifested my hair growth and other tips. Sending you, love, light and good deeds.❤️❤️🙏🙏☮️☮️
