The surgeon dosen't have to remove uterus due to rupture and some women who have ruptured go on to have healthy pregnancy. Rupture is rare and not well understood. The surgeons today can double stitch, think denim stitching. So it would depend on your healing and how the surgeon repaired you. A ct with contrast and sis can help determine how well you healed

That's true. Hysterectomy is only not if the tear is irreparable.
And what about after pregnancy...? Vaginal delivery is possible after 4years or not?
@AyaanKhan-ve2ov there are some women who deliver vaginally after previous rupture. It is risky. I chose to re csection after dehisence
