I've been waiting for this and I like the Ident choice. Just gives me BBC Choice vibe with the 3 hands. I wished they brought back the Little people for nostalgic reasons.
The Nails ident gives me hope that more BBC Three idents will feature elements from its many programs in the future. All of the idents are very appealing, and does not dissapoint! Can't wait for Episode 100.
The pink, purple and green colour scheme reminds me of CBBC, I love these, there’s something so cute about the hands. I think it would’ve been really cool if the they merged the “Jeans” and the “Phone” idents together to create a variant The swimming ident actually reminds me of the old BBC Three idents from the 2000s
For some reason, i really hoping that the "Swimming" ident could be used in Summer Olympics coverage since the 2024 event in Paris since it may fit for the games, especially for the swimming competition.
Just like CHOICE, the new THREE has a sonic signature tune (like how TWO has that “ding” at the start of their current idents; probably has the same animator who did the personality versions of the 1991 “2” logo around 2001/02)
Thank you so much for all these indent reviews. I've loved them since a young age in the 90s and they just fill me with nostalgia as much as any show does. Although I've never met a person personally with equal passion for them. So it was amazing to find these reviews on youtube. Thanks again
Alas I have reached the end of the binge watch 💔 I do really like these idents, the colours are nice and it feels fresh for the rebirth of BBC3. Thanks for all the great work Adam, I’m looking forward to what is in store for the future 👍🏻
Great vid as always! The green and purpley tones are great - it's like we've grown up with their original use on the CBBC ident from way back, now morphed into this form, haha. BBC going daring with this vibrant green as well - reminds me of Denmark's DR3 which is their BBC Three equivalent, having had their vibrant green from launch in 2013. Looking forward to your views on the shiny new BBC One idents with their Circles/rotoscoping effects - a nice refresh from Oneness; keen to hear what you've got to say!
I absolutely love these idents The vibrant green background does a fantastic job of conveying Three's unique youthful style, the three central objects on a coloured background is an obvious callback to BBC Choice, and the antics they get up to are really charming. I also really like that the hands are various shades of pink/purple as a a callback to BBC Three's previous main colour. Missed opportunity to make one of them blue as a nod to it's first era though. Great set of idents for what is in my opinion, easily BBC's best channel.

I know I’m late, but ever since BBC Three came back as a channel in 2022, these new idents are already showing us what an ident is capable off. I like how the three hands get their own names, which are, Spider, Pointer and Captain. I also like how these hands are given their own individual personalities, sort of a callback to the BBC TWO Personality idents from 2001-2007. Overall, amazing.
Can’t wait for episode 100 maybe it’s going to be a top 10 best BBC Two idents video or probably ones featuring classic cartoon characters like Mickey Mouse Bugs Bunny I maybe the properties of Hanna-Barbara I don’t know what’s going to happen in episode 100 but it’s gonna be great
