Would like to hear who you guys comment on the issue of set plays (corners in particular). This was an obvious problem in the T&T match. What was it; 10 or 11 corners in the first half alone and we couldn't reach a Canadian player even once? And this after 5 full training sessions in which to prepare? Surely this is a massive area of concern.
It depends how France lines up, Argentina had a field day man-marking Tchouameni because they were so confident in Varane, Upamecano and Rabiot's inability to progress the ball, they were able to win the ball up high for 110 minutes. After France added Camavinga, Fofana and Konate, it became a different game and Argentina should consider themselves lucky that time ran out otherwise the French would have won.
@@Total_football_and_relationism Come on that's like 7 mins of play where Muani had one chance to win int. But well after the intro Camavinga , Fofana , Thuram etc Argentina played well in extra time
@@Raynax235 Yes I agree. I think after Paredes, Lautaro & Montiel came on they provided Argentina with a bit of spark as they seemed to be running out of steam.
@@Total_football_and_relationism yes I think Argentina were the better team & dominant. But France were brilliant and clinical in the last quarter. Either team could've won it

Is Eustaquio even player for Porto? I think he's done with the Dragons. I see him getting loaned this summer

No really, in extra time France were the ones hanging on
@@Raynax235 I meant the last 6-7 minutes after Mbappe tied it up 3-3, France were dominating for a brief period before it went to penalties.

Yea, put 10 defenders
Yeah Samuel Piette is a liability lol
Davies at lb for Canada is dumb. He should always be in the attack
It's called English, try it
@Philly466 Are you ok, kid?
I'm fine thanks, you asking me out?
@@Philly466 You'd seemed to be having issues. Take care
Haha, it speaks English, no issues here squirt.
