Yeah, I think if Meri would have got the hint and left before she brought Robyn the picture then he would have still been with Jennelle and Christine. I'm sure that is what Meri was trying to prevent. I wouldn't have stuck around after he destroyed my wedding ring. From seeing all this, doesn't that make the show a lie from the beginning.
The victim blaming of Meri is astounding. She has lived her entire 50 something years in a fundamentalist cult. She's been programmed to live in this lifestyle and god knows what has been said to her behind the cameras, we only see a snippit of their lives. I feel bad for her, she was a victim just as Christine and Janelle were, but the hate gets poured on her because she doesn't have a sparkling personality and it took her longer to give up.

I agree with everything you said. I think Christine shared that story because she wanted to share how sh!tty Kody was and is to Meri - to all 3 of them. Really wish Meri’s response would have been more along the lines of, “Finally someone said it and now I can talk about how much I’ve been hurt”. I believe Meri had every right to be angry with Christine. Just because she is angry with her doesn't mean she hates her it just means she is angry. I like Christine and am glad she left, but it does come across that she's angry/resentful towards Kody for never loving her the way she wanted. Janelle tends to say her piece abt her experience and keep it pretty neutral but Christine goes in at every opportunity. Meri definitely should have moved on long ago though.
