John Whiting do you mean like what makes them pass out ? Because it cuts of the blood flow to the brain. Or do u mean why no one explained it?
Nicholas Toufos The point of the choke is the pass out, so no one is telling the body function that makes this happen and why do they pass out, lack of air or interruption of blood flow or what really happens to the brain.

It's crazy I did this move before watching this video when I was rolling because I get that position a lot with wrestling as my back round.. But I didn't know if it was a legit move I've been looking for almost a week tryna find this move I'm happy I came across it hear thank you i will definitely be using it more often brother!!

there has got to be some kind of defense.....
dont get in it lol or break the grip..or slide their hand down lapel...Or break grip on sleeve and roll out. There is always a defense!
Not a good technic bro not at all .. you may try this with someone who does nt practice any sport
