Today I want to share with you a loop choke from single leg defense.

Sensei estou tentando deixar um arsenal apenas com tecnicas simples e eficientes, loop choke, von flue, baseball choke etc.
Tenho certeza que se chegar a esse entendimento da tecnica visualizando de diversas posições diferentes vou ter a consistência que estou buscando.
O problema é que sempre aparece uma técnica diferente, uma queda, uma raspagem, que me tiram do foco.
Esse tem sido meu maior desafio, focar e persistir pra ter aquele ajuste digno de um black belt ( im blue along 2yrs) .

Going back to the old Gracie Jiu Jitsu when he used to use the jujitsu gi as a weapon but the loop choke does not work in MMA you might as well have a rope or a belt so can choke your opponent out
