I love the way an industrial sewing machine sound when it sews, I find it so therapeutic. .. I am saving up to get one (for bag making also), until then, I'll just be watching videos with people sewing with them.
I just watched this same tutorial after yours with another teacher and I have to say you are streaks ahead. Excellent explanations but you keep it all very neat which the other person didn't. I couldn't watch the other one all the way through as she was driving me nuts!
Thank you for doing this tutorial for Lauren's summer box! I watch both of you all the time! I just received my box yesterday so excited to make it up! Like the vinyl accents!
Thank you for the tutorial! Addicted to your channel of method as well. When I saw your vinyl add, had to hold on on making mine for some vinyl from My Punk Broidery as well. Thanks again!
Thank you so much for the tutorial. I had just watched Lauren make the bag and then I watched your video. Enjoyed them both and love seeing your different methods. I ordered the box after watching the tutorials. The designer’s tutorials are always good however I love watching someone not involved in the pattern design make the bag because it gives me a different perspective. Glad to have you back.
Thank you for a great tutorial. Only discovered you recently and currently gathering my materials for my first project. As a beginner using mainly fabric and minimal vinyl, what thread is best. I cant seem to find an equivalent to yours here in Australia.
Siah, I’m a lurker on your channel. I’ve got a friend who needs a replacement for her Bible Bag and I’ve decided to do one for her for Christmas - but I need your help with the style. It needs to be big enough to hold her wallet, a few makeup items and her Bible and Bible study book - a big purse, right? Could you recommend a cross body type that would be big purse enough to do the job? Zipper top for sure. Than you for your wonderful tutorials! And I’m a sewer, pretty advanced intermediate on most things, but don’t have too much experience with things like rivets. I’m willing to practice, though. I sew clothes, do machine embroidery, serger stuff, I’m willing to learn new stuff.
Very very nice, as always! One question, where can I buy the pattern of the bag? I can't find him on Sincerly Jen. Would appreciate an answer very much :)
HI, I've been watching for a while now and I ordered this box. I have a Sailrite machine with the walking foot so I was wondering what thread and needle you used. Thanks. C
I have one question.....what kind of tape are you using to cover the magnetic snaps....I mean the very last step in the process of applying the snap. I hope this makes sense!
Hi Siah! It looks like you are using a different Kai scissors recently (it’s a small one but looks just slightly larger than the rainbow scissors you useH. Could you please share the model of this?
Hallo, i like your Videos 👍🏻; sorry for my bad english, i am from Germany. I like to sew Bags und Purses, but my sewing Maschine doesnt work good. Its a domestic maschine. Can you tell me, what maschine you use? How can i get a machine like this? Greetings from Germany Susanne
I realize that you may be friends with Lauren or business partners or just simply you tube community thing, but she does not have the perfection that you have. I’m sorry but I simply can’t make a bag unless I’m watching your tutorials. So I will be buying her pattern now that you have a tutorial on it. lol. Thanks for being awesome Siah!!!
My hope for society, is to one day realize that our written published words resonate and hurt. Crafters and designers on these forums have feelings and are not made of Teflon. Words matter . These artists put their, hearts and souls into their projects. I respect and admire all of these courageous and brilliant young women.

I think it is exclusive to the box in the beginning and then available separately after a while.

What kind of tape did you cover the back of the snap with?
You can use duct tape or a wide double sided tape and don’t take off the other side of paper, or you can use a woven interfacing.
