It's the buyer's broker, that represents him or her to make sure the buyer doesn't over pay. Are you a licensed broker? In FL and CA brokers need to be licensed. The selling broker isn't the only "sales" person involved in a yacht purchase, just as in a real estate transaction you don't want a sales person representing only the seller. If you're a broker just say so.....
