  • Cold spray technology is a solid-state process in which powder particles are accelerated to a critical velocity by a supersonic jet of preheated compressed gas.
Upon high-velocity impact with a substrate, the severe plastic deformation of the particles disrupts thin oxide films, promoting intimate metallic contact between the particles and the substrate.
This process creates bonding similar to explosive welding, resulting in the solid-state deposition of material layers.
Cold spray technology is invaluable across various industrial sectors, including aerospace, defence, automotive, oil and gas, nuclear, marine, medical, electronics, and industrial equipment.
It is uniquely suited for applications such as functional coatings, repair, and additive manufacturing.
Its low thermal impact ensures that components' original strength and durability are maintained.
    🌍 Eco-Friendly and Efficient
Cold spraying is environmentally friendly, uses less energy, and reduces waste, aligning with sustainable manufacturing practices.
