I can't tell you how much this video means to me. I am 57 years old and music has been and always will be so special and passionate to me. I feel like my younger generation doesn't get how important it is to us older folks. This man's passion is so real and reflects so many of us. I wish I could express how much this means to me.

I was about to lecture you on how many years and dedicated hours every day for a musician to hone their craft, and how throughout your career you never stop learning. Performing music was my profession. It's how I paid my bills. You wouldn't believe how many people,and even club owners, want you to play for free, like it's expected. I always ask them if they expect a plumber to come fix their sink's plumbing for free. I also remind regular people that if t wasn't for professional musicians that favorite song you hear on the radio or your playlist wouldn't exist.

Agreed. Keisha has a nice voice, but when she stepped up and just brazenly took the microphone away from the girl who was singing, her ego was shown to be bigger than her talent warranted. Yes, the two girls were drunk and not good singers, but Keisha’s fake modesty while showing off was a turn-off.

To be honest, in that moment when I heard another person singing, I had my head down and wondered "What the heck is going on? Why would someone just take the mic?" But when I watched the video, I noticed something very very subtle. The woman actually noticed Keisha wanted to sing, so she waved at her to come closer and she offered her the mic. It's very subtle but it's there. After seeing this myself, I concluded no harm was done. Just love and support going all around these nice people.

I sang impromptu at a restaurant yesterday. They had a band with 6 members in it playing Irish music. I requested Danny Boy so I could sing. It was so nice.
