На ШОУ " Ты супер" организаторы предложили ДИАНЕ эту песню, но ДИАНА не понимала смысла стиха, так как не была замужем, не было опыта взаимной любви.
Поэтому ДИАНА отказывалась её петь, так как она с удовольствием поёт песню, в которой понимает смысл. Ей все объяснили, что это значит, и в конечном итоге убедили в том, что она должна спеть. И ДИАНА исполнила эту ПЕСНЮ блестяще , сильнее, чем все остальные ПЕВИЦЫ.

Diana has kind of “method singing” approach, whereby she experiences the emotions of her songs during the performance, analogous to the “method acting” plan. One example in particular that I knew of was this one: “Blizzard” (which I believe is a divorce song). She said she nearly abandoned it because she couldn’t find the right emotions. In a recent interview, she clarified (machine translation):
Interviewer: Was there a number that was given to you with great difficulty?
Diana: Leps' "Blizzard". No one could explain to me what exactly I had to convey. I was required to have emotions that I, a fifteen-year-old girl, could not betray by definition. I was freaking out, crying, but to no avail. And on the way to the filming, I suddenly remembered Beslan. Before my eyes stood photos of children, school, assault... It was like someone pushing me at hand, and I realized what to sing about - about human life and enduring pain.

Диана не раз прекрасно исполняла песни, которые до неё исполняли только (или в основном) мужчины. Лишь несколько примеров: "Oh, Darling", "It's a Man's World", "Can't Stop Falling in Love". Наверно, что-то пропустил. Но и этих шедевров достаточно.

A very calm, measured approach in which there is an indication of a good knowledge of music without the intention of teaching. You can feel the blizzard ...you don't have to know the words to feel the meaning you feel it in your soul.
This song virtually belongs to Diana from this first performance.
Her yodels and yoiking type sounds give her a connection to the sub polar cultures across Europe Siberia and the tundra and into N. America with the migration of the earliest peoples... Her ability to summons up the strong emotional connections with those old constant themes is why after Rechencka she has been given that title.
Her totality of performance reminded me of the young 🇬🇧Kate Bush though vocally a totally sound pallet there are many similarities as well the early driven nature.🎆

Hi Didy. A certain vocal coach in RUclips land swears Diana lives in her falsetto and her unique lower register lives there as well. It could explain how she can move between registers with ease and create this polyphonic sound. I'm not sold on this theory, however. If anything, it's the other way 'round. She's a natural contralto who swallowed the canary in a coal mine. Either way, "Blizzard" is my all-time favorite Diana song to date. She displayed all her tools, unique tone, outstanding vibrato, her patented yodel flips and belting skills that would make any rock star blush. To your health. Cheers!
