This product is absolutely great! Works as advertised. I bought this for my girlfriend some time ago and she uses it almost daily. We caught covid about a week ago, so she suggested I use it to relieve some of the pressure in my sinuses and around my eyes. I have to say I was skeptical - most of these types of products sound great when I'm shopping but almost never live up to the hype. This is one of the exceptions. I love this thing, and if I can't pry it out of my girlfriend's hands, I'll buy a 2nd one for myself. Thanks, guys!! Keep up the great work!
I just got this for my mom for Mother’s Day. I just tested it. I love it.
What is the action? What does it do? I'm curious, but also afraid. Tissues around the eyes are so sensitive. This video sadly doesn't explain

There should be the clamps that make it easily adjustable. If you still can't get it, please call our customer service line at 612-567-3035 and they can talk you through it.
