She is so adorable! I giggled so much when I got my worms & the whole day when we set up the bin. I never thought that I would be so giggly over getting worms. I have learned a lot in your videos, thanks!
Girl, motherhood looks great on you! I’m currently preparing bins for worms, putting them at the edge of the carport, I think that’s the coolest spot on my homestead
I LOVE real life moments!! You're doing such a great job! Be sure and give yourself a big pat on the back you're learning to juggle being an amazing mom, teacher and vlogger. Babies have a tendency to make us learn to adapt to situations we never dreamed of. You're doing great. Look at her beautiful eyes! We're SO happy to have you back!
Thank you so much Natalie, you gave me the confidence to start a worm farm! I started it in March with Uncle Jim's 500 composting red worm mix. My biggest issue is figuring out when it is ready to harvest. BTW motherhood looks great on you! Your daughter is precious!
Hi Paula! I am so glad to hear this! I hope this video helps you determine readiness for harvest. So happy for you and your worm farm. And thank you for the sweet words!
Worms and worm castings are amazing!! I just finished sifting my European Nightcrawler bin a few days ago. I recently uploaded that video. Can't wait to use their castings in the garden 😍 your daughter is soooo precious 💖
What beautiful vivid blue eyes she has! You have been missed but I do remember what life was like with a 6-month-old. Will a worm farm survive after 10 degree winters? I haven't started a worm farm because we have no inside place for them and we do get cold here in NC. If the pupae would survive that would be awesome!! Motherhood becomes you!💞👶🙏
You’re so sweet. Thank you Gail! I need to double check what temperature cocoons freeze at. But I believe you can essentially “overwinter” worms at that temperature
Love your channel! Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge with us. I just started an indoor stackable worm farm. Lots to learn. Your baby girl is adorable.
Thanks for sharing this process! Very informative video! My wife and I just started our worm farm this year and they are multiplying fast. Looking forward to harvesting the castings to use in our gardens and fruit tree orchards. Your little helper is beautiful and growing like a weed. GOD Bless Y’all. 🙏🏻😇🙏🏻😇😊👍🏻
Ruby is so adorable! Thank you guys for the tips on how to use the worm castings. Im still trying to figure out how to overwinter the worms in our subzero winters. Once I do, I'm planning on starting a worm farm.
I put my frame like that over a wheel barrow and move it up and down left and right and it also works great. I turn mine up the other way so the 2” works as side to hold the castings in
Omg baby girls eyes are just gorgeous like my daughters and oldest sons eyes ND the have stayed rhat bright blue as well they are gorgeous my youngest his eyes are green like mine and they are bright just like the blue color but they are green instead lol....but omg she is just so precious and motherhood definitely looks amazing on you 💙...
Thanks for sharing more of your process!!! I’ve finally got my wife on board for a worm farm, are you anywhere near selling worms? I’d love to use some “Hey it’s a good life” worms in my bins!!!
Hey there. I have a whole playlist on worms! ruclips.net/p/PLVpV21xA6f960W384dN8GemrDEHYIQXGw Here’s how to make aerated tea: ruclips.net/video/-qHplxuM1NA/видео.html
Always so informative! Question: is the location you store your worms outside mostly in the shade? Or do they still do okay sitting outside in the sunshine and heat?
how do you manage gnats? i would let the top layer of the worm bin to dry so that the gnats would leave (I even had a top layer of shredded newspaper dried out on the top) but somehow they would survive and when i had to moisten the bin again, they would come back, i had the worm bin inside my house because it was terribly hot in the summer outside, i live in Phoenix, AZ and it would get up to 115 F so i usually keep my worm bin indoors.
Next time you have to film in bad light (direct sun) you can use a large diffuser (super cheap to buy) and clip it to a spare tripod and put it between you and the sun, just off camera, and you’ll get creamy buttery flattering light no mater where (or when) you need to shoot.

The highlight of the video is your gorgeous baby girl!!! As grandparents of 10 (6 girls!!), we love the little ones!!! Congrats on your new addition!

Awww. Thank you, Donna!!
Loved seeing you use the happy baby hold. It is hard on the arms, but get babies to settle down when they are just fussing for no reason.
Very informative! Love 🐛 s. Glad to see your family doing good 🌱🌱
I’m so glad. Thanks for dropping by!
