@guygarcia6472 I actually don’t have XM Level 3 certification classes. It’s in the works though. I’m working on getting XM Level 1/2 classes scheduled depending on how that goes, doing Level 3……stay tuned!
Curved staircases are tricky. Whenever possible, I build the curved staircase first. Then use the Wall Tool to box in/connect rooms to the staircase. The other way is to connect a room(s) at the entry/exit point then click and drag the room(s) out. As you push or pull the wall towards the curve it should follow the curve of the staircase. Lastly, make adjustments to the room measurements. You may have to play around with it. These two ways should be able to get you want you need.
Thank you 👍🏾
Do you offer one on one training for the xactimate level 3 certification?

Making the stairs like that isn’t too difficult. The annoyingly difficult part is getting the rooms to mold and match the curves of the staircase.
@Superman-ns2yv, you’re right getting the rooms to cooperate with the curved stairs is always fun😁
@@pattersonadjustertraining May I ask if you have any tricks or tips for that?
