It’s finally here! Our empty home tour walkthrough. We still have some details coming together- like we need the kitchen island, cabinet hardware, a few more cabinets too, plus some murals and wallpaper installed, but you can see the overall layout and most of the details! And this will be fun to see the difference between now and once it’s furnished. In this video I am sharing some of the why behind my decisions (though I’ll admit I was pretty exhausted when we filmed this, so let me know if you have questions on things!). Here’s what we’ve been working on the past 3 years!! Hope you like it!

Gorgeous home!!! I love all of the neutral tones and textures. I’m in LOVE with the stone where the stairs are. I think the only think I would change and it could be a personal preference is the kids rooms not being bigger and them not having their own bathrooms. I’m definitely all for daughters having their own bathroom and large closet. But again that’s personal preference and coming from someone that was the only girl and grew up with brothers.

So glad to have found you! Congratulations on your new home- it’s stunning! I’m looking at the same flooring- have you found it is easier to maintain than the Hallmark flooring with oil finish? Is the glaze-tech poly finish more resistant to water and discoloration?
We have you beat, we started with our plans BEFORE COVID and we are still not done lol. No I don't have a W/D in my closet but I do have the laundry room adjacent to my closet and I am so excited for it!
