    sir ano po yung pinipihit sa ilalim banda ng tatlong solenoid valve? parang yung flow control nakita ko sa simulator po e.

      Tama ,manual opening and closing ng water flow yan. Usually kapag mag trouble shoot ginagalaw natin yan (Open/Close) to check kung may flow ang operating at sealing water.

      @@thishandleisntavailble444 high oil pressure baka blocked ang fuel line or may close na valve. Kapag heavy vibration yes kailangan i apply ang brake. Pero pagkatapos kailangan check baka hndi na okay ang alignment ng bearing kaya malakas na mag vibrate or baka imbalance na dahil madumi na ang disc stack.

    What could be the problem if you get a Pressure in water outlet PT5 low, I check the pering tube it is moving freely, what is the problem.

      You could your operating water, maybe the pressure is not enough. Sometimes orifice of valve block water gets clogged.

      Hi! perhaps, motor overload. If the pump keeps on tripping while in operation.

    Working on same purifier SA835 Alfa laval 10400 rpm but the problem was facing after certain time of running PT4 pressure is dropping and feed pressure increases to 3.3 m3/hrs

      Could you check if there's a valve with an allen key that you could use to adjust the PT4? Usually if this valve is not properly calibrated some problems with PT4 happens.

      If I am not mistaken the valve is VA4 or V4. It is a pneumatic valve that you could calibrate via allen key.

      PT4 if Im not mistaken is the backpressure. You could adjust through put or rate of feed/hr by regulating the valve.

      @@marineengineering1O1 yes things have been sorted out. The 3-way valve was not operating as the air block was non responsive..

    If you stop the unit from the emervency stop button, how can you reset it. In our system it does not reset if you just unlatch the emcy stop button. Can you check yours?

      There is probably another interlock alarm that was not reset. Check the relays maybe or some contactors not properly reset.

      Correct. We need correct separation temperature only that for this purifier tutorial , we were having MGO since we are in ECA, hence no heating was required. Will try to make new one on HFO. Thanks!

      Feedback error meaning yung pressure transmitter mali or walang signal na binibigay, baka electronic trouble.

    How to adjust feed rate

      Hey' Find the valve that controls the back pressure. It is the one with the Allen key adjusting knob. Forgot the specific valve number but that's how we adjust the feed rate. You can also try to adjust the manual inlet valve to control the flow.

      Setting in terms of temperature? Makikita sa bunker analysis. Dun kasi naka depende ang treatment ng oil. Check your bunker lab data and dun ka mag base sa requirements. Thanks for dropping by.

      Hi! Sorry for the confusion, we were using MGO for this video and we were not required to use the heater to maintain proper separation temperature. I agree though, in the separation process for HFO, we need heaters to maintain correct separation temperatures! Thank you for taking the time in sending this feedback Sir 🫡🫡🫡.

    Hlo Sir. What a great video thank you..
    I just want to ask u something regarding 946 s flex hfo purifier..
    I opened cleaned changed rectangular ring and box it up back. It ran without any alarm but after 24 hours it started giving alarm pt5 outlet pressure low. I tried to desludge and started again without any problem then after 4 hours same alarm. I opened up the top housing and saw nothing worng with the pairing tube,
    But after inspection of paring tube this alarm is coming again..
    During initial start pt5 is 2.5-2.4 bar then goes upto 3.1 bar but after sometime it agin goes to 0 bar. I checked local and pannel pt5 reading is the same.
    I'll share the parameters
    Pt1- .21
    Pt4-1.68
    Pt5- 2.4 ( then goes to 0)
    Feed-1.4m3
    Feed temp 98°c
    Fuel type- vlsfo density 972.5

      Hi! Thanks for your comment! As to your problem I think you should check your drain line. If you see leakages during running condition, your bowl must be leaking.
      Also take note, changes in temperature will also alter the viscosity hence too high heating will cause a drop on your outlet pressure.
      If the parameter goes to zero, you should check your sludge tank if the oil goes directly into the sludge tank due to bowl leakage.

      While rechecking the parameters, if PT1 is your inlet, it looks like it is quite low compared to your outlet. Try manually throttling the valves to control the flow of fuel. Inlet and outlet differences in pressure should be within the set limits by the maker.

      @@marineengineering1O1 this I kept low because we received new bunker which has high water content so normal feed i used to keep was 1.6m3 but now i am keeping 1.4-1.3 m3.
      Because if I increase the feed the alarm activate says transducer value high

      @Arjit90270 Then you should also try to open the return line to even out the pressure difference between outlet and inlet.
