Mercure Hideaway Koh Chang

Sawadee khap my old farangutan friends and puan puan khun Thai! I've been playing around with some new editing software. This video was put together with it. This is a visit to Koh Chang in April 2023. It is part of a playlist. In this vlog you'll see our hotel, The Mercure Hideaway on Chang. The hotel is great. The beach...erm...not so good. The water is shallow and rocky. However, they have a pool and some stunning sunsets. The clip in the video has no filters. I just shot what was in front of me and I'll be honest. The video, as good as it is, cannot do the marvel of nature itself justice. I would say the sunsets were some of the best I've seen.
As always, I don't get any freebies from the hotel, and I will tell you it like it is. For the price, you are getting a bargain. The rooms are modern and clean. I thought the food was great. My only issue would be a late check in, but we were looked after by the hotel. I'd give it a respectable 4.2 out of 5 for quality, value and scenery.
