I started praying for my spouse from the 1st of May and will continue until the 31st (Although I won't stop completely). I have been meditating on this very book - Gen 24, the story of Rebekah and Isaac since. 13 days later I have never been so certain that my hubby is around the corner.
God says: " He will find you, don't look for him". In the same way the servant collided with Rebekah, you will be found.

Many years ago, I didn't understand fasting. Fasting is done to change you not to receive rewards or twist God's arm. God is not a slot machine, a personal assistant, or a genie. God knows us and our motives. In regards to friends, God literally stripped me of everyone. I believe my marriage will be in private. No wedding etc. As long as the Heavenly Father is present, I'd be content with going to the justice of the peace.

@@emailfm9624 Well the Lord told me to move to another city and state. He made it so uncomfortable in the previous city and state I was in. Every door was closing (job layoff,etc). God was literally pushing me out. I had one close friend and I could tell we were growing apart. Her season in my life was coming to an end. This occurred more than a year ago. During the stripping phase, I decided to do the Daniel Fast and let me tell you. It was an absolute blessing. God was always in my life but there was definitely room for spiritual growth. I still participate in fasting (water fast). I am doing it because I aim to be better in Christ (John 15).

@@incognito7614 I did the Daniel fast during my pruning phase. It was very difficult initially. I drank and ate veggies of course (plantains, avocados, beans, etc), veggie burgers, nuts, Almond milk, and water. I enjoyed it so much that I became vegan. I now participate in 3 day water fasts. I hope this clarified any confusion.

And to be honest God did tell me that I would meet my husband this year but I doubted his word due to the covid19 virus! But your preaching /sermons confirms what God has told me
Not casting doubt, but I'm just saying make sure and pray for confirmation about that because deceiving spirits are out there and also we can get in the way! I know God is capable and able to reveal when and where we can meet our future spouses but I'm just saying be careful because I've been there and I realized I misheard. Test it that's all I'm saying but God bless you!
Marriage is not a joke. You have to be mature. Maybe he looks good but he is not saved....are we being obedient to obtain a spouse? Examine your motives.

Please test the spirit and the fruit of the supposed spouse and pray, pray, pray to make sure that they are indeed the right one. The devil loves to send counterfeits and they pretend really well to be believers and love to read and study the Bible, but inwardly they are ravening wolves in sheep's clothing. Please learn from my mistakes because being married to a person who refuses to deal with their own demons is no fun. Don't feel bad for me for my Redeemer lives and He has delivered me from every fire and this situation is no different. HalleluYah!!!

Even sermons I watch have been speaking on the time for marriage but I’ve been trying to reach TMH so I haven’t even been thinking about marriage anymore. Okay Dephne. You came for my edges on this one. When you said ''you are 35 and not yet married so it's time''... I was like Oh Wow.. LOLOL I am 34 and my birthday is in July and the Most High has been showing me prophetic words about marriage, however, I have been resenting this as I have seen these words in the past and I ended up getting involved with the wrong people, thinking they were my husband when they were not.. This time I have said I am not moving until I know that I know this is His will for me. The enemy would love us to be yoked with the wrong man that we would never come into our true purpose. My goal is to grow my relationship with God and I would be a fool to not see just how much he is preparing me for marriage. Thank you for allowing God to speak through you!
Hopefully I can get a second opinion on my situation. My boyfriend and I have been dating since we were in middle school (August will be 10 years) I have literally seen him mature into someone who is a leader, compassionate, and kind. He is also in the beginning of his Christian walk as well (I have been one for 2 years now). The issue is that our families still see us as children. My mother keeps me at home to teach me to be a "homemaker". I raise my little sisters, clean house, and make all meals while my mom works. She refuses to teach me how to be on my own. She says she will just "take care of me" I have also tried to learn basic skills on my own as well (online college classes, driving class, etc.) As well as my boyfriend, he helps out with his family's bills and is a caregiver for his siblings. I have prayed for guidance on our situation, and I received Dephne's video as a response. I have to learn to obey God and lean on His will, no matter how painfully impatient I am. It's heartbreaking not to start our lives together yet. I am forced to stay home but cannot take care of myself yet, let alone my family. I know I have to trust Him and His plan, but it's hard to keep staying in a family that is ungrateful and hates change.
Pray and ask God for revelation, you desire righteousness and that in itself is a hugh start because righteousness is a weapon a covering a shield against the wiles of the enemy. God bless you.

Ooooh 😭 this message made me tear because it’s so truthful. I’ve become comfortable in the wilderness. I am maturing with room for more growth and maybe that’s been the reason for my decade of singleness. I’ve used my free will during that time and lately I’ve decided to live by God’s will. Since then I have not been approached by any godly men, only men of old age with perverted minds, men of lust and men who are drunkards. I was hesitant to watch this video last week because I was sure that I prefer to be single until my last day, but this week I was moved with a passion to share my love for the Lord with a spouse, where we can praise and worship together. This quarantine makes it difficult because all I do is work and go home to my children. I have “feelings” for a friend whom I work with who I shared my feelings with but no interest was shown (which was expected). He is a man of God with his foot still in the door of the world 🤦🏾♀️ yesterday I prayed that if it is God’s will for me to marry then I will be patient til me and my future spouse unite. And just before bed I prayed for a sign, anything that the Lord wants me to know. I ended up dreaming of my friend all night. One dream I was with my youngest child and was about to be attacked by another man and he ran to my rescue and knocked the guy out and the second part of the dream he was with another woman taking photos. I woke up confused not knowing what this dream meant. Others on the job think we’re always flirting because we’re always “playing around” and I sense that their may be a mutual attraction but our lifestyles are contrast. I’ll just continue building my relationship with Christ because the only true love I’ve ever received always came from Him.

I have been praying and praying and praying and fasting 6 months now. God has told me I will marry this year and to be patient in His timing. In September 2019 God told me to prepare for marriage, I said how? Earlier this month God told me to prepare for my wedding, I said Lord but how? What do I do first? Just to testify. The Lord is faithful. In last years Dephneys video titled, by this time next year. That video was for last year June. I was believing God for a spouse then that by this year June il have met my spouse. I met several pple but it never materialized to a solid relationship. This year towards the end of May i remembered the video of last year by this tym..then i reminded God that i believed by this june il have a solid spouse. Tell you God us faithful, the same week i prayed and reminded God that prophecy, i met a guy, a handsome Christian who proposed to me the same day we had our first conversation. This was the end of May this year. Just to encourage us here that God is faithful. Lets keep believing. Be blessed. Dephney God bless you as you teach us Gods word.
