Interesting recap! I was curious as you were talking about Victor and how Jasper won't talk because when he did he was possessed. Which makes me curious whether Victor had visions like the other townspeople when he was a child, but was somehow able to block them to survive the town. For example, in a flashback we see Victor watching Christopher argue with the puppet Jasper (presumably in the cave.) That would not be an event he would be able to see unless the town was able to mess with him in some way. And, since Boyd found the talismans and implemented order, he created a bliss for the townspeople that even made Victor a little too comfortable. The freakiest thing about Victor is how he was able to survive for so long with the monsters (as a child and with no talisman at that.) He even stated once that the boy in white wanted Victor to go with him, but he didn't and he hasn't seen him in a long time. Like I wouldn't be surprised if Victor knew the names of the mosters because they used to be humans who lived in the town. I also thought the Mom was able to save Eloise but perished by the far away tree when she did so. I was surprised that Tabitha met Victor's dad in the real world and not the sister. I am also curious about the missing motel that Dale is now a part of...and the bottle trees. What do you think about the food the townspeople are gathering by the lake, the three red stones, the human-type posts, and the set bear trap? Do you think someone is living out there?
I think Eloise is living in the abandoned settlement. The settlement looks like it’s older than the town so perhaps from the previous cycle before Victor arrived. The food seems legit but I also think that if they plant crops near town now that they will be fine because Fatima now knows she’s not pregnant so her cravings will subside. As for whether or not Victor was hallucinating, I think he had to have been messed with mentally because he can see BIW. I’m just not certain if Jasper will talk and if he does idk how much they should believe what he has to say.
Interesting, so can Victor see the boy in white today, or is he remembering things the boy in white once told him. I thought Victor's special connection with Ethan is because Victor no longer see the boy in white 🤔
