There is a bond of 1.6 year in infosys and in Capgemini 2 years. In my opinion try to join company with less bond years. Both are service base so they are similar.

Both are good, Infosys training is famous(when it used to be in Mysore), you can choose based on location you preference

If ur interview goes well and good they will be sending u offer letter because it's a mass hiring and in system engineer profile after training they will map u on supporting role in project after 1 year u can think of developer or programming profile because it field deals with many technology rather than coding 🤗
