I can confirm, saw them live with this album and they are insanely good !
I'm pleasantly surprised to see Powerwolf, not many people seem to know about them (and yes, a lot of the focus is Latin/Catholicism but they are a German band). They have a bunch of great music, some favorites are Incense & Iron, Sanctified With Dynamite, and of course, Army of the Night . Glad you like powermetal (lots of high energy and sick guitar riffs), if you haven't heard Through the Fire and Flames you need to, it's the quintessential powermetal song.

if you can find it, search for "the Monumental Mass" in relation to PowerWolf ;)
Just saw them live for their first US show. Definitely go see them if you have the chance.

There is a band I listen to called lesbian bed death,weird name for a band I know,but they're music is so good,it's gothic punk,if u wanna give a listen to some of their songs I recommended "The witching hour," "son of a thousand maniacs", "evil never dies" or "vampires"
