As an American Anglican, I can only say that I'm glad the African Church was our sponsor. I'm not sure how many people go to church over there... When I was last in England I saw nothing but tourists milling around and when I went to a service I saw maybe 8 people on average in any of those large cathedrals, most of whom were also tourists. Given the wokeness of the C of E in England, I'm not surprised. Of course, one must say, they do their part... they are likely one of the greatest employers of gay people in all of England.

I will not give a penny. Tracing my family back to mid 1700s we did not own slaves nor were we in a position to own any. All were in trades or miners.
Africa was awash with slavery long before we arrived on the scene and for many years before this we were subjected to that slavery. Between 1 million and 1.25 million Europeans were captured by Barbary pirates and sold as slaves in North Africa and The Ottoman Empire between the 16th and 19th centuries (hence the patriotic song Rule Britannia).

If there are to be reparations for slavery, we should be looking to the countries from which their forebears originated, those were the countries that enslaved and sold them, not the British who were instrumental in stopping slavery.

I’ve noticed recently there seem to be lots of adverts locally from supposedly “ local, entrepreneurs “ who want to pay cash for peoples homes . I suspect they’re acting as third parties to more land/ property grabs by these corporations when we’re all struggling from environmental and economic policies imposed by the third party agents in parliament . These entrepreneurs must be funded into the many millions from somewhere and if it’s not banks it’s dark corporations with a globalist agenda to deprive individuals of the right to private ownership . An infamous slogan from the WEF “ you will own nothing and be happy “ ………or else suffer the consequences . There are definitely concerted agendas being played out that seem unconnected but which all have the same outcomes in loss of individual ownership into the control of multinational corporations . Try a tell people though and they think you’re paranoid or reading to much into things . People are so naive sometimes it frustrates me thst they seem unable to accept people make long term policy aims and plans .
I would vote for Katie Hopkins as my MP, any day of the week.
As an American Anglican, I can only say that I'm glad the African Church was our sponsor. I'm not sure how many people go to church over there... When I was last in England I saw nothing but tourists milling around and when I went to a service I saw maybe 8 people on average in any of those large cathedrals, most of whom were also tourists. Given the wokeness of the C of E in England, I'm not surprised. Of course, one must say, they do their part... they are likely one of the greatest employers of gay people in all of England.

Go Welsh Farmers 🚜🚜🚜 🏴🏴🏴. In my early teenage years, I would often help bail the hay during the summer months and be up early to help with milking and mucking out the cowshed....It was fun but extremely hard graft. Farmers, in general, are friendly, mild mannered hard working pillars of local communities, not extremists in any way and should be supported unconditionally. No to Welsh Government mandates of handing over 20% of their land for non- productive pursuits
If they are unhappy about where they live, I fully support all repatriations.

Both my grandfathers were forced into slavery. My father was forced into slavery - he was left with life changing injuries because of it. Oh, no, wait, conscription…that’s what it was…conscription.
