My radio didn't go off for some reason but that gave my nightmares.... The alert was a "Required Weekly Test" And i was like "DUDE, WHO WOULD TEST THE EAS AT 3:30AM!? (That was the real time) I think the Devil hacked the EAS.

This is 6 years late, but There is a Reason on this Residents in Illinois Began getting a Newer scroll because he had a normal motorola set top DVR(These are Considered Legacy In some areas, But we use them now for the X1 Streaming Networks. This Change Happened because Illinois was phasing out EASyPlus Equipment and Implemented the " Descriptive Message Board Screen". The only Cable Providers here that didn't use EASyplus Software was RCN, WOW Cable, DirectTV, and Dish Network. RCN had the Rarest Screen. Doppler radar indications may be the only way to "see" a tornado at night.

They test at night as to not disturb people, but they just make it creepier for anyone that’s watching late at night
