EDIT: Holy crap, I missed a mistake in the bassline. I've updated the download link, Please re-download if you downloaded on 03/22 or earlier.
I realize this probably won't be as popular as my Discord cover, but I enjoyed making this one more. Thanks again to all my subscribers! I'll toss up an alternate download if this one caps on Soundcloud, but I doubt that one will happen.

Yeah, I almost think I rushed this one too much, I almost want to go back and re-mix and master.
And I wish I could get my guitar to stop being so fuzzy, but I just don't know what went wrong with that one.
Anyways, glad you like it!
I think the guitar is okay
You chose an awesome picture for such an awesome remix.
This is pretty sick, glad I discovered this!
i swear to god, i cant say this ENOUGH, BALANCE BALANCE BALANCE, i love these covers with all my heart, i really do, im just giving you tips for better covers, the vocals should be able to be heard over the guitars from another room, thats how powerful the lyrics should be, please, in your next covers, fix this
i have to agree it is hard to hear the vocals.
Terrorst8r 1 i mean, it would be fine if you could hear everything else,i hope no one takes this the wrong way but i feel like one of my favorite songs was ruined
Nick Derp eh I like it
Why isn't this getting more attention? Although I see some imperfections, I can't help but enjoy it.
Since I mentioned that I see imperfections, I should probably mention what it is that stood out to me. If I were mixing this, I would have had the vocal levels a little higher in comparison to the instruments. I also would have folded the stereo imaging on the vocals down a bit towards mono as they currently leave a bit of a hole in the center of the soundstage. Nitpicks, though, really.
Guest verse by Nathan Explosion, apparently. In all honesty, this is great. Thank you.
Well, hell yeah, then. Up the irons!
For the record, I think this is better than your Discord cover. You've got a damn good voice, too, which is actually quite rare amongst brony musicians (hence the fact that instrumental downloads are a standard in the genre).
Yeah, that will do it. I had a bass player with the same problem who was using active pick-ups. I use passive so I didn't think to ask about that. I derped a little too.
I really like your Discord cover, but I like this even more.
Oh, well, I feel like an idiot then. I'll just go wait over there and look forward to you finishing this.
I actually liked the growly part. Tastefully done, IMHO.
I think this is good enough that you should definitely consider taking the time to go back and remaster it.
Absolutely amazing.. :D
love this song same with your other covers.
@Ian C That growling part is in the original, it's not something I added. I just moved it to a bridge rather than an outro.
I really like this song and this was a great cover of it, but when the 'growling' (is that the word for it?) comes in it instantly pulls me out of whatever I'm listening too. I know it's a matter of taste, and, outside of that one thing, I thought you did really well.
I have to say, I think your lead tone is excellent. I wouldn't touch that. Your rhythm tone, however, I have to agree is a little fuzzy. If you haven't done so already, first tweak from the source to get a tone you like that isn't so fuzzy. After that, try messing around with post EQs. A 6 dB scoop of mids can work wonders with reducing fuzz and improving clarity. Finding the sweet spot in the mids is the trick though. Guessing by what I hear, I would start by trying a scoop from 500Hz to 1000Hz
Awesome sound and amazing cover art!
Excellent song, my taste buds delight. :)
So, I'm a total derp. I forgot to check the battery for my pickups. Swapped it out, and now the fuzz is gone. I'm debating on remastering this one with a re-recorded set of rhythm tracks.
great work man
Sweetness! :D This rocks - keep up the good work. Le like and le download.
I'd love to, but as far as I can tell, he hasn't released a vocal only version of it. Unless I can get my band's vocalist to cooperate and re-record vocals, I'm out of luck.
Then I would try 300 to 500. You really have to mess around with it though and it's different for every rig. Also, if you don't do so already, remove frequencies above 8000 Hz. They don't usually sound good. When you are all finished, your sound may be darker and less aggressive than it was before. Don't worry. This is ok because it will sound better in the mix. Also, if you have really high output pick-ups in your guitar, you might try rolling back on your volume a bit to increase clarity.
Gave in, started working on it last night. I'm completely re-recording.
It's wery cool!
Yeah look at as we both have guitars. WERE TOTALLY BADASSES!
I didn't do the vocals, actually, these are Eurobeat Brony's original vocals. I wish I could do vocals this well...
This song was the best before this. Now that it's a metal version, it just got 20% more F*cking awesome! ^.^
This is how i like Music
I may have came a bit. Im gonna go change my pants
Sick af
Love on first listen
does anyone think the intro to the song sounds like metallica.
all of my yes!!!
Best than original
Sure man! Just shoot me a PM or something, don't wanna clutter up the comments :P
is there any "lyrics version"? i am not that great a english and is a little distraction the quality of the music to notice the vocals
I'm direct recording via a Line Six POD X3.
Super Kami Guru allows this. (\
You are having problems with fuzzy guitar tone. What rig/recording set-up are you using?
Hey DUDE Can I give you a /) Just because you ROCK
Possible to get a instrumental?
Music name?
Sure, shoot me a private message and we'll see what we can do.
It's disheartening to discover that this channel is also dead. =^(
I feel like the voice part is a bit too low in the mix. At some points, it gets drowned out almost entirely by the guitar.
great work man
