There is a mutant gene called MTHER ( for real and it is, guess they just say Mofo these days) It causes your body to be unable to expell heavy metals properly. Causes brain fog and chronic fatique amoung other health issues. Caucasians 5%, Latino's 15% African-American 50%. I found this on a simple google search. Think Big Pharma doesn't know? Vaccines use heavy metals as carriers to vaccinate your new born baby. And they don't think this should be mentioned? Children's vaccine schedule is up to 72? Criminal! That is before they enter the toxic world! It took me too long and too much money to find this out with a $60 hair analysis. I have 2. of the MTHER's. At 66 I have dragged my ass for 20 yrs, just going down hill. I'm pretty much house bound currently, but been worse.
Zeolite seems to be highly recommended as is cilantro. Ozone treatments can be great help. Ozone is one molecule off from oxygen so can enter your cells and you sweat out toxins ( good for all wishing to flush toxins) usually after 3 sessions you will begin to see black spots on your towel under your butt as you dump toxins. First session 15 min. next sessions 20 min. ( Suggest you get your own unite or find someone or group to share, much cheaper). Many of my heavy metals are off the chart. I have lost a good part of my last 20 yrs. I'm pretty much housebound. As I live in a small village in Mexico with no roads and my oxygen tank is not functioning I have not been able to use my ozone. But I am hoping once I do and if I can get the above protocol in Mexico, I hope to turn this around. Something I did find that helped me greatly was Shilajit, an organic matter from Himalayan full of Trace minerals, Fluvic and Humic Acid. Thank you for sharing Terrance's protocol ( Loved the podcaste, fascinating!) I hope I can get it in Mexico. Please share the info on MTHER, does not seem to be widley known, get your hair analysis. I wouldn't call it "reverse" aging, but delaying the aging process. I started at 15 years old after watching David Sinclair on Nova PBS.
I mainly do calorie restriction. Have coffee (no sugar) with cacao powder and a dash of milk.
I take niacinamide with resveratrol, collagen, vitamin c, water kefir, and methylene blue.
I also do a daily dose of red light therapy; 5 minutes back, 5 minutes front.
I'm 31, I look on my 20s. People on my age range already look old.
I also, use sun protective clothing or sunblock.... The UVA in excess will destroy your skin.

You can't explain math with grammar. His assertion that 1x1=2 because the meaning of the word "multiply" means to add, isn't how math works.
There's 3 things going on with him.
1. He's a narcissist. He wants acknowledgement. He says everyone is wrong and only he is right.
2. He had scandals in his past. After those hit him, he created this fantasy world where he knows secret knowledge to explain why "they" tried to take him down with the scandals. Again, narcissism on display.
3. He's using some type of amphetamine. Typical amphetamine delusions are being watched/followed, phone bugged, and after five days of no sleep, you start to unlock the keys to the universe.
The amphetamines make him lose sleep, and the lack of sleep helps to compound the delusions.
Mix that with narcissism, and you get Terrence Howard.

Many docs don’t care too much about heavy metals, and their long-term effects - or even really consider/know about them.
You’d need to go to a functional doctor, for something like that - not an average MD.
