Do you know of any open source free software, that functions like doodly, to allow someone to easily create whiteboard explainer animation videos, where a hand draws the text and graphics onto a simulated whiteboard? I am searching for always FREE, as opposed to Free Trial, and then you must pay. Or will consider a one time Fee, if you get the entire software to use, no pay extra if you really want it to work. Thank you for any assistance or recommendations.
