What a nice cook! I’m a Kamado guy. Eye of round is sooooo good. Fantastic cook Tom.
Also this Kamado is the best value for $ of all the kamado’s on the market.

Looks really good Tom! I saw the new toy in the box! Can’t wait to see that video. Just had some sliced Kobe roast beef sandwiches….yummy! Cheers!

Great cook Tom. I've used larger bottom round roasts from Sam's and froze the slices in vac sealed 1 lbs packages. Works great for sandwiches.

Hey Tom, that beef looks fantastic. Question: How does one keep the top vent from sticking? Im afraid that I'm going to break it someday. I need to use quite a bit of force to open it. Thanks

Thanks for watching Mike! Have the same issue, may be heat it up first?

Did this for New Years alongside a prime rib! Great video

Great video, Tom. I got lost on the blower door. My auto komodo I need to set the vent 1# down and works perfectly! What does leaving the blower door on but loosely do?

Thanks for Watching Jim! For mine it helps regulate the temp. It’s position when closed is kinda of loose meaning air can still feed the charcoal. For mine, this is what works the best.

Looks good Tom. I picked up a bone-in prime rib from Meijer yesterday because they were on sale. I'm going to smoke that thing tomorrow for Sunday dinner.

I am going to have to do this myself for sure! Thanks for the idea Tom, looks amazing!

Just picked up 3.5 lb myself. I am going to ref after cooking for easier slicing. The Slicer is a good deal for the price.

Looks good. I'd use non serrated blade for slicing meat though.

Hey Tom! Great point for the good folks of QueTube......Don't over light the Charcoal on a low n slow. Let the Controller do the work. 👍
Like using a Slicer.......But I Hate the clean up. Just did one of these last week.......used an old fashioned knife. 🔪 Made for easy clean up.
Gotta confess.... the meat lacked salt flavoring inside. Doing another tomorrow using a salt brine Injection. Really liked the Crust Yours
got with that Rub. 👍 Metal On! \🔥/

Thanks for Watching Ken! Ageed about the clean up, the Fire and Water after 3 hours gave a great taste, not lacking in salt

I enjoy your channel but very disappointed in my Auto Kamado I purchased after your review. I was going to buy the Gravity 980 too, but am turned off on Char-Griller.
