Mrs. Jamerson... your videos are AMAZING!!! My 6 yr old and I drove through the Allen Mills development this morning while my oldest daughter took a tour of a school. The houses were HUGE!! ( AND GORGEOUS!!) My husband and I will have our home paid off in a few more years, so I have been making my "must haves" list for when we build our 'dream house'. Thank you for your videos !!
Jessica Shelley thank you so much!! Allen Mills is so huge and the neighborhood is turning out great! Let me know how I can help in the future - I also have relationships with custom builders if you are interested in learning more about those.
Thank you so much for your informative video! I have been flirting with the idea of moving to North Carolina, in the north Lake Charlotte area. I am paying just about $1400 rent in New Jersey, being over 55 I did not think I want to to maintain a lawn and other maintenance obligations that come along with owning a home at this point in my life. How ever this endless cycle of renting has become very nerve racking. Are there many over 55 adult communities that do not require an arm and a leg to rent? Frustrated Fran in New Jersey

Very nice homes, are there any single family homes or 55 and over area's? And are there any HOA ? And last question is Lennar a builder in the area? Thanks. 6/2/18
anthony cooper yes there are plenty of 55 and over neighborhoods with some awesome homes however many have HOAs, especially if there are amenities. Lennar does build in the area. Please feel free to all me or visit my website: www.Search704.com

Mooresville if you’re wanting to race.
Typical builder, spacing homes on top of each other to make more money, I would not buy a house that close for the money they are asking these days.
