Parry is when you are facing also a multi hit attack, like finn, you could dodge, but if you do, you still get suck on his up special, so you parry it.
Now all that needs to be added is wall-stalling eventually leaves you in perma-burnout, AND dodge-cancelling Is buffed A ton of dodge stuff costs 2 bars instead of 3 now
Nice to see you still making MVS content. Personally, I still find Dodge Jumping to be really useful, especially as characters who have a chargeable forward air. I use it a lot to get a momentum boost and charge a forward air as superman, gets me a lot of ringouts when it's otherwise pretty hard to approach.
Man I’ve been struggling with the new system. Back in the beta you’d be dodging constantly with basically no penalty. Now I find myself running out of meter cause I’m in that old spamming habit😂
So whats the deal with the times where the game literally tells me i dodged but i still get hit or i know the timing of the attack my opp is about to use but they hit me WHILE im dodging 🤨
@@claods no I understand lingering hit boxes are a thing I'm talking about times I'm dodging AWAY and I STILL get hit right when my dodge frames are starting up

thats a very annoying thing but yeah that happens when the move can still hit after your dodge invulnurability has run out

IAD seems impossible. I assume people are using somekinda macro to pull them off so effortlessly, especially with Stripe.
