4. Five Eyes members cutting the US out of the system and moving to invite Japan and possibly Norway, Sweden, Finland and South Korea. Making it Nine Eyes without the US.
5. NATO finally realizing the US is not our ally and we need to invest heavily in our collective defence without it - good luck the next time you're attacked.
6. Subversive acts to encourage the US into greater isolation, keeping you all busy with your own domestic collapse.
Of course, there's likely to be a hell of a lot more damage when it comes to economics and corporate business between the US and former allies, but that might take a novel to explain.
