I suspect he was mostly trying to talk the Chinese into buying more Treasuries or avoid selling anymore in order to buy Gold & Silver. Yeah, despite all of the problems of today, I don't think I would have ever wanted to live in a different time. We don't realize just how good we have it today, relative to those who lived in the past. We've only had electricity for the least 130 to 150 years, so most of human history was somewhere between extremely hard and absolutely brutal for the average person. Today, even some of the poorest among us live better than kings and queens did just 200 to 250 years ago. I actually carry a 1921 Morgan and a 1987 Silver Eagle with me everywhere I go each day just to remind myself of what real value actually is. The petrodollar is going, but it's not gone. It will happen over years, not days or weeks. With each new agreement and each new sale that doesn't involve dollar, the reserve currency weakens. The American people will be some of the last people to realize that their currency is basically being set on fire. You're in a very fortunate position in being early to this particular issue. It will put you at a massive advantage relative to the rest of society. This is true for anyone who is converting their dollars back into real money (i.e. Gold & Silver). Keep stacking my friend!
