Moral of the story - don't purchase life insurance or health insurance. Save your money in rd or fd. And eat healthy food and stop eating fast food. Eat lots of fruits. Have sufficient sleep and drink plenty of water. Live simple and tention free.
Surrender Value is given by the Insurance Company if the person holding the policy wants to retire his/her policy before the maturity period. In the given case , maturity period is 10 years. So If the insurance holder wants a loan based on terms of his policy, he can avail only 3 Lakh Rupees loan interest free. (30% of Surrender Value which is calculated on amount of premium paid in 3 years. Premium paid in 3 years will be 3 lakhs)

I had receipts and audio recording of lie. Though it's too small if a reason to go to court, they decided to compromise by closing account without going to branch. Not that but also if u are claiming a small policy like PMJBY in banks they will say that u need to buy a health insurance for ur family to get that claiming fast,and it's costed around 40k for his family but he didn't needed that health insurance, it's been cut offed from his claiming money which is 2lakhs, it's a big money for poor people and I've seen this in banks .people who don't know much about these are getting scammed

It's cheating... We should should start recording every insurance agents promises and guarantees against such cheating by agents so that they'll pay for their deeds
10 year life insurance policy, 1 lakh per year. So 10 lakhs total. Sales guy promised him 10 lakh loan with 0 percent interest. But reality is you can only avail 30% of surrender value after 3 years. So that will be around 90,000 rs with a very low interest rate.
Happened with my parents. Fraud Bank Employee said my parents will get entire money + bonus after 3 years. Surrender value was about 40% and they lied. At least future premiums saved.
Life insurance is must.. one of my friend takes a life insurance of 20 lakhs .. he just paid total premium about 1 lakh in 3 years but unfortunately he met an accident and died .. his family got more than 20 lakhs for the survival.. that's the value of life insurance ..

Not everything said here is true.Loan payable is 90% of surrender value and loans can be taken after 2 years of premium payment in case of non single premium policies and after 6 months of premium payment in case of single premium policies.

I got Bakra for paying 28k premium per yr for 4 yrs in the LIC policy were I would get 12 lac return on my 50th birthday. I had not calculated inflation, ROC, after gaining finanical knowledge from youtubers like you, I took loan from that LIC policy and stopped paying premium. For the same amount I am able to get 1cr term insurance that too 4k less . LIC is big scam
This is why I hate bank agents/insurance agents/ other agents and their companies and policies so much that I haven't wasted a single rupee on their bogus plans yet. Its better to open an SIP or demat account and do trading if the purpose is investment and not life cover.
SBI did the same thing for me..... I went for loan of 5lacs.... they attached me 5lac insurance policy for 5yrs with 50k premium for year..... sbi bank taking advantage of the people who r der for loans to clear der debits
