Right! The fact is: this video was the first public video of the 8110 EVER. Back in 2011, a lot of people was waiting anxiously for some images of the set. As soon as I got the set, I made a video with it.
@MrRobbilun Ahh! Ok! LUG means "LEGO User Group", in my case the LUG is called "0937 Community" or "Comunidade 0937" in Portuguese. Last month my community held an event in Portugal and a LEGO representative showed this to the visitors.
Very nice and detailed video about the biggest Technic set ever. Although I think I'm going to put the Lego PF switch in it, because of the bad switching of the battery box.
Few informations: 1. This model will release in AUGUST-JULL 2011 2. It will cost 189,00 Euro. 3. It have 2048 pieces. 4. You CAN put in portal axle 8 tooth and 24 tooth gear. You also can can put in it gears (12,20). Sorry for my bad english I am czech.
@bacadd I have the Excavator and its awesome. Very challenging, but rewarding to build. It took me 2 evenings to complete. The finished model is a fully functional wireless excavator, with full range of motion and 4 motors. The Unimog is impressive (its huge) but I just don't like pneumatic kits. The crane seems very flimsy and difficult to control.
Best review ive seen of this model you have definatly helped me with choosing with youre in depth views and showing us how everything works in such great detail and clarity :-) 5***** video and suscribed too:-)
Absolutely must have model from Lego. I love you ppl from Lego. IThis is so amazing. I only wonder why the older models are not available on the lego.com anymore? Where can one buy them from? Thanks
Nice model I was concidering this set as they are still for sale in Nottingham UK for around £150 ($220) but the box is so big U dont have the storage space. I do love my digger, super car and crane lorry though. The smaller sets live in the wardrobe (closet) did this take long to build?
With 9397 b model i have broke the cargo bay and added the a model crane so i broke the snow plough off and made a super powerful winch. After that i motorized the winch and both linear actuators on the crane.i suspensionised the cabin fitted it with 2 m motors helping each other. It is super powerful and will soon make a video of it.
It is a very cool build but the booklets could be better, especially the colours in them :) I think i would attach an LEGO airtank to mine. It takes a while for the compressed air to reach the end of the crane boom and i think the air tank would help this.
@chevyrocks54 you can't compare those 2!!! 8110 is flagship 8081 is a mid set. The technic flagships counts more than 1100 pcs + pf and costs more than 200$
I have not bought a Lego set in quite a bit of time... but I used to have hundreds of sets.... i want to be nostalgic and buy one of these big technic sets. what do you guys think? this one or the Motorized Excavator 8043? which one is more difficult to build?
@paparazzizi hey, genau den selben habe ich auch. nur bei mir steht er, nicht 100% original, zusammengebaut im keller. nur bei dem alten truck wurde der kranarm auch über pneumatik gedreht.
I need your help! The pump produces air perfectly when the motor rotates in one direction. However it doesn't pump any air at all or sometimes very little when the motor rotates in the opposite direction. What 's wrong? Thank you.
!!! It have 1 problem that is when you want put pneumatic arm in front the hose is on wrong side. So when they do not solve this problem until release it look on SERVICE PACK !!!
someone at the lego company has no life... just kidding, that was great! the quality might be a bit low but the awesome review makes that all good! thumps up :D

Sweet set!I can't wait this anymore!!!
Very nice and detailed video about the biggest Technic set ever. Although I think I'm going to put the Lego PF switch in it, because of the bad switching of the battery box.
This might have been cooler with the large motor, and an air tank. Sad that the traverse of the arm is so limited...
Love your film! I hope to build the unimog next month, look great! Hope to see more from you mate! :-)
@legofan431 this set was presented at my LUG's event 2 weeks ago!
@SuperLeader96 The crane truck 8258 has an XL motor, the motorized bulldozer has 2 XL motors.

@TheLegoLG Yes, I get it directly from LEGO :)
It is a very cool build but the booklets could be better, especially the colours in them :) I think i would attach an LEGO airtank to mine. It takes a while for the compressed air to reach the end of the crane boom and i think the air tank would help this.
Yes, he came with all parts!
@Mr88high I think it's not available yet!
@JCexperiment no these are air compresors
@nuculaerazvi No! You have to do several changes in the default model.
Whoa, complex lil bugger! Already ordered mine :3c
Would it be easy to turn this unimog into a school bus?
muy buen set de lego haber cuando sale a la venta
@q7119 You can connect anything to anywhere
I think the front connection is for the plow, isnt it?
which is bigger, this or the motorised excavator?
@chevyrocks54 you can't compare those 2!!! 8110 is flagship 8081 is a mid set. The technic flagships counts more than 1100 pcs + pf and costs more than 200$
Good review! Toys R Us tomorrow for me!
@outrascenaspt what is LUG's event ?
I have not bought a Lego set in quite a bit of time... but I used to have hundreds of sets.... i want to be nostalgic and buy one of these big technic sets. what do you guys think? this one or the Motorized Excavator 8043? which one is more difficult to build?
@MrRobbilun I'm not sure if I get the point of your question!
is this set worth the money? because its quite expensive.
Is it availible to U.S. yet?
@paparazzizi
hey, genau den selben habe ich auch. nur bei mir steht er, nicht 100% original, zusammengebaut im keller. nur bei dem alten truck wurde der kranarm auch über pneumatik gedreht.

Hi! Do you know if they found a solution to the problem with the air pressure and loss?
@DoMiNoCzE I'm sure it will be!
@02stabra it's not available yet
Is this good for a present ?
I need your help! The pump produces air perfectly when the motor rotates in one direction. However it doesn't pump any air at all or sometimes very little when the motor rotates in the opposite direction. What 's wrong? Thank you.

I cant even put a motor on my Lego Unimog... How do i do please help! i want it radio controlled
@SuperLeader96 No! Just the small one!
It comes with a battery box and a motor. If you want to drive the vehicle you need more parts.
!!! It have 1 problem that is when you want put pneumatic arm in front the hose is on wrong side.
So when they do not solve this problem until release it look on SERVICE PACK !!!
How long is the Unimog?
