Love this group. The singer is great. Would enjoy seeing them in person.
Ah jasus what a grand version of this song.Greetings and Slainte from the Gaels and Celts from Doire. Saoirse.
I celebrate the end of Lent by dancing to this song!
version super!😆
Romanian band playing Swedish DJ's song with an Irish Twist watched in America by a Spanish immigrant's son.
God bless this world. Thanks for a wonderful 4 minutes.
Prime example of true natural diversity right here.
Variety is the spice of life. Even they are located in Transilvania, they are from a hungarian minority group ;)
I know a buncha Mexicans that call themselves Spanish. I dont know why though. Its like an Italian calling himself Danish.
Stickin feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken.
The band made of hungarians living in Romania. XD
God bless you and the rest of the world 🌹LG 🌹Jo ☠️
From my clan across the pond to you guys love the music my eldest lad dances to your music
Yes
Wicked Good!!!
Always love me some Irish tune :D
i think its good. i like it
Ci vediamo a Triskell!!
damn fine damn fine
Tolle Band.Geheimtip für Irish Folk Altburgfestival in Bundenbach
Thank you for your performance at Celtic Night ;) You are a great band and i totally fell in love with your music. Hope we'll see next year :) PS: you have a new huge fan :)
Bethany Black no
pas deconnant cette version !
Hipsters..
Ok this makes much more sense, i was thinking Wake me Up by Evanescence
i prikst and shcool
;)
FAİRY TAİL ANİME :)
is that PewDiePie?
Looks like Pippin tried to follow Frodo overseas and ended up playing the flute in Ireland.
The Green Dragon
I couldn't decide whether the whistle player was a hobbit or a leprechaun.
@@CaptainMyCaptain33 They are from Hungarian minority in Romania.
@@CaptainMyCaptain33 On their Website they wrote that the band was founded in transylvania in 2011. Solved!^^
"It comes in pints?"
< 3
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day 2021! ☘️
Awesome cover! 👍👍
1:20 The drummer is really feeling it :D hahah. Awesome band!
EpicZEVEN Yeah, they'd better strap him down. lmao
EpicZEVEN I was reading comments and found this at the same time lol
Maybe just a little sober LOL
Epic, mighty fine observation. Sometimes simple is good. These people are dynamite. Regards, George Armstrong
Epic, one thing further; that dancer is TIGHT! and, yes, I WANT THAT EPIPHONE! Regards, George
Shit, this is great! Sounds like this is the Originalversion. And not that one in the Radio.
The idea and the instrumentals are just great - should've just less tuning on the voice though for my taste..
sounds like medieval timessss
File this under things I didn't expect or know I needed. Damn you RUclips and your algorithms lol.
Can't get over this band. I love watching the video clips, especially this song. Watching them play their musical instruments is absolutely amazing.😁
Yes! This is a badass remix... the break out build is epic... loving this! Great art! Good fun!
And the closest they have been to Ireland is drinking a pint of Guinness !
From a tin I expect, .......not a glass ! Shame. The way they play, I'm sure they'll get the chance.
I really love this version of that song! Listened a few times now :)
I really like the style of drumming used in the intro, then switches to a more Folk style :)
Only thing I would say is y'all should let off the Autotune a bit. It's a bit much and it sucks the life out a little bit.
Other than that, it's performed very well :)
Btw, she dances well too! :)
You know it's Irish when it starts with a drunk guy, a mug of beer, and has a woman as the cover 👌👌 😂😂
Constantine Smith yeah but its not Irish
Hes not Irish... but ok
Irish style still counts for this
The funny thing is that there is nothing Irish about it at all, at all.
Sounds more like german to me...
I think I'm addicted to this video, love the song. Might be a little addicted to Zaza too lol!
The Irish know how to make a tune.
Romanian Shmomanian, these people are great performers. The bars still close too early in Galway. Regards, George
They are Hungarians, and not Romanians. Transylvanian Hungarians. Cheers :)
I gotta admit. The Irish pub setting and old Irish style clothing mixed with the romanian accent threw me for a loop at first. But what an amazing cover.
wow.....love these alternate versions of pop songs. They usually end up better than the original. Great job!!!!
A Romanian band through and through... just look at their faces...
Damn, now I need a Guinness. I could definitely listen to this at a real pub. Nice!
At a real pub they wouldn't let you drink a guinness 😜
They play with such joy; I'm jealous of the guitar player. The drummer has just the right touch, and that dancer is an athlete! This is outstanding. Regards, George
What a fantastic band. Great song.❤🇦🇺♥️🇮🇪
Listening to this great band again.....and I'm pushing 70. 😁🇦🇺♥️🇮🇪
maybe not Irish but Celtic..Celtic people inhabited most of central Europe at one time..perhaps why the music is so popular there
Oh look, PewDiePie is their violinist.
Dea-amháin, 'mo pháiste!
I think in this style its called a fiddle. Violin is for snobby classical music, when its folksy or country like, its a fiddle.
@@marcelmoreau2733: and Yehudi Menuhin once referred to himself as a "Jewish fiddler".
That acoustic bass sounds amazing. I couldn't catch the make. Anybody know?
Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪....Great tune...
and this is how I learnt you can shred on a tin whistle
Check out Jethro Tull...locomotive breath dude kills it
I like this version better than the original. well done!
Feeling my way through the darkness
Guided by a beating heart
I can't tell where the journey will end
But I know where to start
They tell me I'm too young to understand
They say I'm caught up in a dream
Well life will pass me by if I don't open up my eyes
Well that's fine by me
So wake me up when it's all over
When I'm wiser and I'm older
All this time I was finding myself
And I didn't know I was lost (estribillo x2)
I tried carrying the weight of the world
But I only have two hands
Hope I get the chance to travel the world
But I don't have any plans
Wish that I could stay forever this young
Not afraid to close my eyes
Life's a game made for everyone
And love is the prize
So wake me up when it's all over
When I'm wiser and I'm older
All this time I was finding myself
And I didn't know I was lost(estribillo x2)
Smoking hot rendition, gents. Lovely!
My favourite version of this song, truly excellent!
I thought Dyrks Bentley's was my favourite until now
Starting to wrap my mind around that squeeze box or whatever you call that thing. Is it a squeeze box or ?
I'm pretty sure it falls under an accordion. 🤔🐶🐕
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accordion
Never tire of listening to this song and watching the video clip. They're so talented. Make playing their instruments look so easy. Absolutely incredible.
Please Selfish Murphy see the possibility of doing another clip with the participation of the dancer Antal Zsófia. Grateful of Brazil- São Paulo----Please, who would like Selfish Murphy to make another clip with the participation of dancer Antal Zsófia? Give an Up.
Dr. Who with an Irish flute? The guy on accordion is outstanding. These people are world class. Regards, George
Ain't life a burden. Hell is not feeling it, caught you.
Very Brilliant with this irish Touch, Love it!! SLÀINTE from Switzerland!!
Love this version guys!
But those are hard shoes...why edit it to make them sound like ghillies(sp?)
Never heard of these guys. I like what I hear. Excellent musicianship and lyrics! I've subscribed. Blessings on you and yours and all who read this!😘
I hate all the auto tune. It's disgusting, to say the least.
Me too.
Would be amazing if you sang without autotune. Bc tbh you sound amazing on notes without
It's just the same kind of echo effect that the original song has. Just try and listen.
@@GamelessOne oh the cover is incredibly well done, i jus would love a version without effects and such because the purity of those instruments & style of music used feels muted. Not taking away from the talent involved. Jus my commentary of what I would have enjoyed a bit more.
@@fawnastralvital7277 I agree, I listen to a lot of fully acoustic music, no effects. But I don't think this is autotune at least.
@@GamelessOne possibly not. I will admit im not savvy on the exact terms for audio effects and such. But it jus had a tin canny feel on vocals and i felt it was misplaced in the genre. But really its the artists decision and vision, which i respect.
@@fawnastralvital7277 I agree, there was really no reason to copy that echo effect for a traditional cover. I remember noticing it as well.
wake me up when it's hangover...
this is beautiful
How is weird al yankovic rocking the tin whistle here
Give me a read headed step dancer any day! Wait; they close the bars too early in Galway! This is outstanding; I only have 2 hands, and I have them both on my guitar. Rock on. Regards, G. Armstrong
Beautiful gave me goosebumps and tears and im part Irish
Safe to say, not influenced by "Men Without Hats' ........
2:57 for some reason this part alsways make me laugh out loud.
Somehow this is soooooo much better than the original Avicii's one
A fantastic tribute to a great artist.
This is the coolest cover ever
The mark of a great song that it can be covered in so many ways
I'll admit: I was hoping it'd be in Irish!
Help! I can't stop listening to this track!
Ah come on ya fecking eejits it's a grand version of the song . Greetings from the Gaels and Celts from Eire. Saoirse
Yea job done
"Good as drink is, it ends in thirst" .. Irish mentality in a nutshell..?
Respect for this great song,so this one is a music in any other kinds on mother earth, thank so much for this fantastic Cover and best wishes for the future 🙏🕊️🌀
It is st pats day ❤❤❤whoooohooo partie hardy mi Irish much love YO the savage joe. Happy best Patrick’s day
Best song ever, reminds of my fighting days
A jó öreg Korzó. Sok régi emlék... na meg ez a szám, eszméletlen!
Central Florida here yeah they’re really good I like Irish folk music it’s folking amazing
AMAZING :D i´m looking forward to see you in July ^^ :D
The greatest cover I've ever heard. Amazing, guys.
How dare you?
Home Free does an amazing cover, check them out perhaps.
Really great cover guys, I really ENJOYED ! thanks 🙏🙏
Tin whistle player has stage presence in spades!!
this ones official in ireland
Exactly the kind of band I'd love to play in when I'll be better with my violin ;-) Love this kind of music !
Highland dancing is possibly the hottest way a girl can dance. it's amazing and has serious history and skill there.
I don’t know....add a pole and a G string....? Just sayin.
Remake is Avicii...remember to..!!
Well.. Bram Stoker was Irish and wrote a novel about a guy from Romania, so why not?
this would have been 100 times better without the autotune. still sounds fun but it was a little disappointing.
Lovina Vargas-Carriedo no auto tune mate, echo effect ...
hahaha. U're a funny boy.
I gave a thumbs up for your comment, but I have studied this video, I am convinced the vocalist hits all these notes on his own. If these people set up and performed live in front of you, I think they can prove themselves. The guitarist is no slouch on vocals. This is a talented bunch of performers. Regards, George
There's no auto tune. Give credit to this band and the talent they have.
The lead vocals do really sound autotuned or distorted... If it's not then I apologise... Song is tight tho, quite entertaining.
Greetings from an old punk living in Greece. Love this version, you guys rock!
My teacher showed me and all my classmates this while we were gonna present, coming back to this gives hella much nostalgia
This is the best version of this song
the beginning sounds like a soundtrack from the anime fairy tail XD
yeah, kinda^^
For the people complaining about the autotune (which, yes, they could've done a better job), did you guys consider that your accent can have an affect on the notes you sing? like, mouth shape, tongue position, etc, they all have an affect on the different overtones and undertones your voice produces when you sing a 'note' (which is really better described as a chord, since your vocal folds will produce a variety of frequencies for sound waves). A native English speaker would have no trouble with these things, since they aren't burdened by an accent when singing English, so we automatically know how to position our tongues and mouths, etc so we get the desired note along with emphasizing the right undertones and overtones, while a non-native English speaker won't usually have that experience unless they work to obtain it.
Love this. You fooled me l thought it was a true lrish sound.
Love this version. Can't get the words out of my head.
Pippin Took on flute)))
