Not all variants are upgradeable, for example one variant has only the m2 storage and soldered RAM, but there's another with standard SATA drive AND the m2, the latter has on board soldered RAM AND an additional slot.

Terrible disassembly video, all you did was remove the back, battery and M2.
It permiss you to see what's inside before buying or opening yours, it feels perfect for me.
It's still usable for basic upgrade but not considered a disassembly without keyboard removal ))
